George M.Vasilescu is a visual artist and a tattoo artist. He was born in 1984 in Ploiesti, Romania. In 2019, he graduated from the art faculty in Bucharest, department of photo-video and digital image processing.

As a visual artist, he has several solo exhibitions, among other at the Asian Society of Arts Bangladesh, at Gallery Kai Dikhas Berlin and at the Romanian Peasant Museum. The exhibition at the Romanian Peasant Museum caused a wave of controversy and was widely reflected in the national and international media (taz.de, Die Welt, HuffPost, artnet.de). He has also participated in group exhibitions in Germany, France, Spain and Romania. The themes of his interest are loneliness, the impossibility of love and the Roma identity.
